Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut - Spain Everyone’s favourite little black number… made from three traditional Catalan grape varieties – Xarel, Lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Dry, fresh and fruity, perfect for every occasion. Ayala Brut - France (House Champagne) This wine is rich and aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Bollinger Special Cuvée Fresh, with a very gentle, sparkling, pétillant mousse. Light with some bitter coffee notes. Plenty of interest here.
